Aged 67. Mr. Hung joined CSHK in 1996 and was appointed as the Chairman of CSHK on 22 April 2022. Mr. Hung graduated from the Plymouth Polytechnic (UK). He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers (UK). Currently, Mr. Hung is a vice president of The Hong Kong Construction Association, a member of Construction Industry Council, a co-opted member of the Council of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and a director of The Hong Kong Construction Association Charity Fund. Mr. Hung has over 44 years’ experience in construction management and planning.
Aged 51. Mr. Huang joined CSCEC in 1997 and was seconded to CSHK in 2000. He was appointed as Chairman of China Overseas Building Construction Limited and China State Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Limited on 6 October 2014, and as an Executive Vice President of CSHK on 22 April 2022. Mr. Huang graduated from Chongqing Jianzhu University, and obtained a Master of Science in Project Management degree from Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Nankai University and was awarded the title of Senior Engineer. He is a fellow of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and The Chartered Institute of Building. Mr. Huang has over 29 years’ experience in contract and project management.
Aged 51.Mr. Chan graduated from the School of Engineering of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and obtained a degree of Master of Science in Materials of Science and Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a doctorate degree in Laws from Tsinghua University. Mr. Chan joined the Group in 2020. He has been a director of a subsidiary of the Group since 2020. Mr. Chan has, over the years, devoted untiring efforts in public and community services and holds multiple public offices. He is currently serving as a member of Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and a member of Hong Kong region of Anhui Province of the 10th, 11th and 13th Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. Mr. Chan has over 21 years’ experience in innovation and technology, engineering consulting and community affairs.
Aged 37. Mr. Zhang was appointed as an independent non-executive director of China State Construction Development Holdings Limited in 2022. He joined CSHK and was appointed as a VP on 12 May 2025. Mr. Zhang was appointed as Chairman of China State Civil Engineering Limited and China State Foundation Engineering Limited on 25 November 2025.
Mr. Zhang graduated from The University of Hong Kong and holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from Tsinghua University. He is a Chartered Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers , the Institution of Civil Engineers and The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong. Currently, Mr. Zhang serves as a member of the Engineers Registration Board of Hong Kong, the Advisory Committee on the Northern Metropolis, and the Steering Committee for the Hong Kong Railway Standards of the Highways Department. He is a Member of the seventh Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and was a Council Member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. Mr. Zhang has over 15 years of experience in engineering management, railway operations, and public administration.
Aged 57. Mr. Li joined CSCEC in 1991 and was seconded to the COHL in 1996. He was appointed as a Financial Controller of CSHK on 26 June 2023. Mr. Li graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, and obtained a Master’s degree in Business Administration of University of South Australia, holding the certification of senior accountant. Mr. Li has over 35 years of experience in financial management, auditing, internal control, and risk management.
Aged 36. Mr. Chen joined CSCI in 2011 and was seconded to CSHK in 2018. He was appointed as an Vice President on 29 January 2026. Mr. Chen graduated from Zhejiang University and has over 15 years’ experience in human resources management and social responsibility initiatives.
Aged 59. Mr. Lee joined CSHK in 1999 and was appointed as an Assistant President of CSHK on 2 August 2018. Mr. Lee graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Lee has over 40 years’ experience in construction management.
Aged 68. Mr. Sung joined CSHK in 1986. He was appointed as an Assistant President of CSHK on 14 August 2019, and as Vice Chairman of China Overseas Building Construction Limited on 26 July 2023. Mr. Sung graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Chartered Institute of Building. Mr. Sung has over 44 years’ experience in construction management.
Aged 42. Mr. Shao joined CSHK in 2007. He was appointed as an Assistant President of CSHK on 12 February 2021, and as Chairman of Transcendence Company Limited and China State Construction Science and Technology Limited on 14 August 2023. He graduated from the Tianjin University, and obtained a Master of Science in Construction and Real Estate degree from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Mr. Shao has over 19 years’ experience in construction management and construction technology.
Aged 45. Mr. Zhang joined CSHK in 2003 and was appointed as an Assistant President of CSHK on 18 February 2021, and as Chairman of China State Construction International Medical Industry Development Co. Ltd. on 12 April 2024. Mr. Zhang graduated from Chongqing University and obtained a degree of Master of Business Administration from Hong Kong Baptist University, and he possesses the professional title of Professor level senior engineer (PRC). He is a Registered Professional Engineer (BUD) in Hong Kong, a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (UK). He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (UK), the Hong Kong Institute of Project Management, the Hong Kong Institute of Environmentalists, the Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association, and HK Bio-Med Innotech Association. Currently, he serves as a Committee Member of China Association of Building Energy Efficiency, a member of the Hospital Construction and Equipment Branch of the Chinese Association for Medical Equipment, a Young Expert of Engineering Construction Academic Committee of Architectural Society of China, an Expert of Shenzhen Construction Science and Technology Committee, and Vice Chairman of Engineering Construction Professional Committee of Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce, Qianhai Shenzhen. Mr. Zhang has over 23 years’ experience in construction management.
Aged 42. Mr. Shi joined CSHK in 2008 and was appointed as an Assistant President of CSHK on 30 October 2023. He graduated from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and obtained a master’s degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and was awarded the title of Senior Engineer. He is a fellow member of the Australian Institution of Building. Mr. Shi has over 18 years’ experience in construction management.
Aged 39. Mr. Wang joined CSHK in 2010 and was appointed as an Assistant President of CSHK on 30 April 2025. He graduated from Xi'an Jiaotong University and Tianjin University, holding a Master of Engineering degree as well as Bachelor of Engineering and Bachelor of Economics degrees, and was awarded the title of Senior Engineer. He is certified as Constructor (Architectural Engineering & Municipal and Public Utilities Engineering) of the People's Republic of China. Mr. Wang now serves as Chairman of Green Materials Technology Committee under the Hong Kong Construction Materials Association. Mr. Wang has over 16 years’ of experience in materials & supply chain management and construction management.
