• A vehicular bridge with footpath across Ho Chung River, a footbridge at Nam Pin Wai roundabout, and noise barriers on the carriageways.
• Construction of a new Ho Chung Village Office, one public toilet and two refuse collection points and then demolished the existing ones.
• Associated civil engineering and road works, slope stabilization and geotechnical works, street lighting, drainage and water works, and landscape works.

• Dredging of about 690,000 m³ of marine sediment and staged rearrangement of mooring and anchorage areas within CBTS.

• About 18 hectares of reclamation including dredging of 640,000 m³ of marine mud, filling of about 1,670,000 m³ sand, and 1,890,00 m³ rockfill.
• Installation of 850m long giant caisson seawall for wave absorbing, 205m long vertical seawall and 94 nos. of 2m diameter contiguous bored piles. Other works included construction of 150m long berth along the new seawall, and 120,000 m² of landscaping works.
• Refurbishment of existing Pier 7 and construction of Pier 8, 15 seawater pumping stations, 950m dual three lane tunnels consisting of 125,000 m3 diaphragm wall.
• A 550m long airport railway overrun tunnel extension, 3 nos. multi-cell box culverts total 960m long, a 300m long footbridge, 3.7 km storm water drains and foul sewers, 2.9 km water supply pipes, 11 power supply stations and associated electrical and mechanical facilities, and other related works.

• Construction of 1,080m seawall, 1,356m single cell box culvert, 200m twin cell box culvert and 1,985m roads.

• Contract A involved extraction from a marine borrow of about 21 million m³ of marine sand, which was then pumped via a transfer stockpile area at Deep Bay to fill up 356 hectares of fish ponds in Tin Shui Wai. The works also included storm water drainage channels, road works, bridges, and other related works to facilitate the Government’s development of the territory for 140,000 residents.
• Contract B involved site formation works of approximately 115 hectares of land as a land bank for Tin Shui Wai Development. The works mainly included 6.12 million m³ of marine sand filling (plus rock filling at some areas) and about 1.2 million m² of hydroseeding.

• Procurement and installation of a crushing and screening system to process the excavated materials to the required grading, construction of a 1.6 km long fully enclosed conveyor belt for transfer of the processed materials to the former Kai Tak Airport for storage, transporting the materials from the airport to the temporary barging points at the end of the runway for disposal off-site by marine barges.
